Overview

skulls.lol respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws, we respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on skulls.lol infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice that includes the following:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL or location on the site where the allegedly infringing material appears.
• Your full contact information (email, phone number, and mailing address).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification if you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification. Your counter-notification must include:

• A description of the content that was removed and the location where it previously appeared.
• Your full contact information (email, phone number, and mailing address).
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the U.S., that you accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA notice.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeated Infringement

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright laws may be terminated. skulls.lol reserves the right to determine what constitutes repeat infringement and may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
