Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using skulls.lol (referred to as the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

When creating an account, you agree not to use any username that is illegal, offensive, trademarked, or otherwise violates any law or regulation. We reserve the right to remove, edit, or restrict any username or account at our discretion.

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Refrain from uploading, transmitting, or posting harmful content (including viruses, malware, or disruptive files).
• Not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or claim false affiliation.
• Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of skulls.lol or bypass security measures.
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the Service.
• Not post or display explicit sexual content, graphic violence, discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise offensive material.

Invite-Only Access

• Registration on skulls.lol is invite-only.
• Users who have been active for at least one week can generate invite keys.
• Each eligible user may generate one invite at a time, with a maximum of two active invites per month.
• Selling, reselling, or trading invite keys is strictly prohibited. Violators will have their accounts permanently suspended and all invites revoked.

User Dashboard & Content

Each user has access to a customizable dashboard to manage their profile and links. You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the content you post. By submitting content to skulls.lol, you confirm you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so.

By using the Service, you grant skulls.lol a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. This license ends when you delete your content, unless it has already been shared by others.

Security

We take reasonable steps to safeguard user accounts and data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Prohibited Content

You may not post, upload, or distribute content that:

• Violates any applicable laws.
• Infringes on third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Contains defamatory, obscene, or abusive material.
• Includes malware, spam, or malicious code.
• Promotes violence, hate, or illegal activities.

skulls.lol reserves the right to determine what content is inappropriate and remove it at our discretion.

Third-Party Links

Your profile may include links to third-party sites. skulls.lol is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites. Any reliance on third-party links is at your own risk.

Account Limitations

• Each user may only create one account.
• Sharing or selling accounts is prohibited.
• Accounts found violating these rules may be suspended or permanently removed.

Intellectual Property

All elements of skulls.lol, including branding, design, and functionality, are the intellectual property of skulls.lol and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

Limitation of Liability

skulls.lol is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including data loss, downtime, or account removal.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless skulls.lol, its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
